Money-Back Guarantee:
We will offer you a full 100% refund during your first 30 days with ProfitFarmers if we are unable to provide completed trading signals that achieve a win rate of 60% or higher during that time.
Winning signals are defined as those that reach their first target (or higher) and, therefore, offer some level of profitable opportunity. Read more about how our signal statistics are calculated here.
Completed signals are those that reach a natural conclusion of stop-loss hit or at least 1 target hit. Trades that are closed early are removed from the win-rate calculation as they did not complete their life cycle. Please note that we obviously cannot guarantee your personal level of performance as it will depend on your skill, dedication and choices (and of course some luck). We can only guarantee that from our side we will produce completed signals that offer profitable potential at least 60% of the time.
How can you claim? Get in touch with support and we will investigate the signal performance during the given date range. If the system did not produce 60%+ winning signals we will issue the refund. Simple!
Please note:
- To prevent fraud, accounts that subscribe to our platform as part of our ‘refer a friend’ scheme are not eligible for the money back guarantee.
- Access time during trial periods (free or paid) count towards your 30 days of use
- The money back guarantee is not valid in the case of ‘force majeure’ or other unexpected company/service closures. please see our terms and conditions for full details
- There are no refunds for trial periods
- Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable. Meaning you waive your right to a refund once you have paid for your membership via crypto.
- Due to previously attempted abuse of our refund policy, monthly PRO plans are no longer eligible for the money back guarantee
Refund Policy:
European Union consumer protection rules dictate that purchasers are eligible for a 14 day cooling off period, except in the case where the purchaser is accessing a software related service.
When you first login to the ProfitFarmers platform you immediately gain access to our signals data and other tools. As a result of this you will waive your 14 day cooling off period rights and thereby not be eligible for a refund. In other words, refunds under the 14 day cooling off period DO-NOT apply as soon as you login as you have at that point ‘used and activated the service’.
For the 14-day cooling off refund to be eligible it has to be requested within the 14 days from the purchase and you cannot have accessed or used ProfitFarmers during that 14 days.
However, because you are not covered by the cool off period when you start using ProfitFarmers, we give you a 30 day >60% completed signal win rate money back guarantee!
There are no refunds available other than the ‘money-back guarantee’ (that is valid for your first 30 days), including if you forget that your billing recurs automatically every month, every quarter or every year depending on the level of membership you have.
As a reminder, as per our terms of use there are no ‘pro-rata’ refunds if you choose not to use the platform for some parts of your membership, or if the market is ‘boring’ for some periods of time, or if the service is halted or changed due to market dynamics, regulations, or other reasons.
Please understand that as soon as someone joins the platform they have access to our trading signals data which are very valuable in the right hands. Unscrupulous users sign up to get access to this only to then demand money back and keep repeating this loop.
We feel that the money back guarantee, our full transparency about signal statistics (plus how they are calculated) and public access to how it works and other educational videos about the system give new users everything needed to make an informed decision before becoming a member.
Refunds hurt our merchant account (AKA: payment service provider) status, and without this remaining in good standing we would not be able to continue to operate.
Cancellation and Billing
Our subscriptions are on an “auto renewal” process which will automatically charge your card on every renewal term.
To remove yourself from auto renew and cancel your account, please cancel your membership within the settings area of your account. We ask that you request a termination no later than 2 full business days before your renewal.
If you decide that you don’t want to subscribe for another month, you have to cancel your subscription before the period ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will still have access to the platform up until your expiry date (based upon your start date and membership package chosen).
If you forget to cancel and get charged for another month, there is no way to get a refund or credits. You need to remember to cancel ProfitFarmers before the next billing period.
