We are making some upgrades to the platform in order to maintain a service that is functional and stable. In order to do this we are going to temporarily reduce some of the services we are running that handle signal price tracking.
What are we doing?
We are going to disable our live price tracking solution and use an alternative tool that updates the signal status with a delay, typically every 30-60mins
Why are we doing that?
By doing this we will remove some of the more frustrating bugs that have appeared. Particularly this will ensure that any new signals produced behave correctly and do not ‘close’ themselves by accident.
Ultimately this temporary change means the dashboard is less ‘fluid’ but will be more stable. This will give the team the time and space they need to complete their long term fixes.
When do these changes take effect?

When do we expect to resume full services?
We are aiming to be finished by the 10th April 2021, but are allowing for up to 15th April 2021.
Free Membership Extensions
As our way of apologising for the temporary downgrade in service we have extended everyone’s membership by a further 10 days. This way you are effectively using the platform for free during this time.
Any new member joining after 31st March can contact support and we will also credit your account!
What can you expect during this period of time? Can you still trade etc?
YES. Don’t worry, you can use the system almost as normal. Core functions will remain in place:
- Signal data is still good/valid
- Trade plans will continue to be executed as expected
- Manual trading terminal and scanners work as intended
- Fresh signal notifications will continue
- Close Early Warning notifications will continue
- Our databases are recording all signal results and progress accurately. But the dashboard will be lagging behind at times.
Here are a list of known issues you may observe and should ignore/accept whilst using the platform during this period:
- Signal Status will not update and match the current ‘last price’ (it will update every 30-60mins, and you need to reload the page manually – AKA hit refresh (F5) to get the latest)
- % Gains reported could be wrong or missing for periods of time
- Some closed trades may not appear in the closed trades section until the team have manually reviewed any missing data
NOTE: Always check the chart before you make a new trade just in case you are looking at a signal with an out of date status.
