What you might be doing:
- Create marketing strategies to generate leads and acquire new users
- Manage marketing workflows and ensure seamless communication between teams
- Generate out-of-the-box ideas and growth hacks to acquire new users for our trading system
- Paid ads: Generate leads by using paid media platforms like Facebook, Google, and Instagram
- Analytics: Analyse campaign performances and optimize
About you:
- Min. of 3+ years of marketing/growth hacking experience (experience in a startup is a plus)
- You understand the challenges and workarounds for marketing Cryptocurrency products on typical advertising platforms
- Experience in building marketing campaigns with a focus on driving new users
- Experience in online channels to acquire new users (media buying)
- Experience in analytics and monitoring campaign performance. If you’re someone who nerds out on how small shifts make big improvements in digital marketing, you’re our person.
- Great communication skills and an ability to build relationships and trust with stakeholders and partners
- Strong attention to detail and execution skills.
- A flexible approach to marketing, with the ability to run campaigns that use a bootstrapped approach
- You’re professional, that doesn’t mean boring though
- You’re open minded and understand what ‘clown world’ means
What You Get:
- A location independent/remote work position
- Depending on agreement, you will be working 20 or 40-hours a week. Most of our team is active in the hours of 2AM GMT and 1PM GMT (Asian Timezone) so it is preferred that you are responsive in those hours
