What you might be doing:
- Plan out and keep track of project tasks, and see that they are completed to a very high standard
- Manage projects in Asana, respond to tasks and assign them appropriately while keeping track of moving pieces
- Determine and adhere to the project scope
- Communicating regularly with stakeholders and colleagues about projects and performance
- Create and maintain new business processes to ensure things run smoothly
- Implement new softwares/tools to assist the team in collaboration and execution
- Getting your hands dirty, suggesting ideas and sprinkling extra quality into the mixing pot.
- Eagle eye – spotting issues before they have even occurred
- Operational requirements such as international banking, payment processors, company formation etc
- Working with people from all areas of the business – content creation, software development, digital marketing, creatives/design, human resources, leadership
- As someone with ‘a finger in all the pies’ you will be ready to help with a wide variety of things
- The go-to guy/girl for leadership when the team needs something to get done ‘right first time’
- Analytics – Monitoring website and customer KPI’s
About you:
- Min. of 3+ years of Digital Project Management (experience in a startup is a plus)
- Quick responsiveness and good communication skills are essential
- The ability to advocate for best practices, and exceptional quality
- Incredibly organized and detail-oriented – good at both paying attention to details, and dialing in processes that make paying attention to detail easy, and something everyone on the team does automatically
- You’re able to multitask, problem solve and take the right decisions
- You enjoy teaching others and don’t mind working with a mixed ability team
- You’re professional, that doesn’t mean boring though
- You’re open minded and understand what ‘clown world’ means
- Being interested in the topic of cryptocurrencies and trading will be good
- Having experience in online marketing and/or SAAS
- Nice to have: Some basic understandings of customer support
What You Get:
- A location independent/remote work position
- You will be working 40-hours a week. Most of our team is active in the hours of 2AM GMT and 1PM GMT (Asian Timezone) so it is preferred that you are responsive during those hours
