Easter is just around the corner and many of our team celebrate in holy fashion, the rest just eat chocolate eggs!
As such, we’re giving team members from customer support and tech some time off during this Holiday season.
Here’s our schedule for this time period:
- Limited support staff means there will be increased wait times for issues to be resolved
- For Tech issues and general inquiries, it’ll take some time before we can provide a response
- Whenever you encounter an issue or problem with the platform, Documented solutions can be found by searching our knowledge base.
- For general inquiries or trading tips, you can check out our FAQ section and the ProfitFarmers Academy - it’s highly likely that the answer to your questions can be found there.
